Manufacturing Phase

Prototyping

Through first-article production, we verify fixture stability and machining precision, setting the final standard before mass production.

ECN & Final Confirmation

Communicate prototyping results and respond quickly to Engineering Change Notices (ECN) to ensure the final product meets expectations.

Material Procurement

Select material sources that suit customer needs. Material certificates can be provided upon request.

CNC Machining

Utilize 3-axis/4-axis equipment for machining, as well as lathes, turn-mill multitasking machines, or broaching machines for various CNC processes.

Integrated Processes

Fully integrate post-processing, heat treatment, and surface treatment (anodizing, plating, blackening, etc.), saving customers the communication costs of outsourcing.
